End-to-end vertically integrated production: from coil plate import through cutting, cold rolling, stamping, and electroplating — with 356 presses running in-house. Exports reach 100+ countries. Awarded the Globallion Zhejiang Province Famous Trademark.

Workshop 01

Pressing & Stamping

High-speed steel cutting and cold-rolling presses form raw material into precise hinge leaves, brackets, and components. Automated stamping lines run at tolerances measured in fractions of a millimeter.

Polishing & Surface Preparation Workshop

Polishing Workshop

Surface preparation is critical to both appearance and plating adhesion. Our polishing workshop uses automated barrel finishing and belt sanding to achieve consistent, commercial-grade surface quality across millions of parts per month.

Workshop 03

Electroplating & Surface Treatment

Assembly & Quality Control
